Group Classes

Pilates Mat class focuses on core principles of Pilates work, specifically targeting the “powerhouse”. A full repertoire of Pilates mat exercises will be performed in this class. Some props such Magic Circle, Form Roller, Flex-band, Pilates Stability Ball, Toning Ball, Mini Stability Ball will be used periodically to challenge movements.

3-6 people in a group

Level 1/2 — Essential level

In this class people will learn breathing technique and how to integrate breathing to the exercises; pilates principles; awareness of neuromuscular control; concepts of the whole body movement; gentle exercises and stretching.

Level 2/3 — Essential/Intermediate level

This class is designed for those who practice pilates and want to maintain healthy spine, improve their posture, strength, flexibility throughout learning the “contrology”. You may find a solution for some chronic pain, such as lower back pain, neck tension, or stressed shoulders.

Level 3/4 — Intermediate level

If you are seeking for a class to have strengthen abdominals, tighten rear end, increase shoulder and back strength, improve posture, alignment, flexibility and balance, you are in the right place.

Level 4/5 — Intermediate/Advanced level

This is a dynamic, cardio based challenging class! Through intense workout, your heart rate will be raised up, abdominals, rear end, back, shoulders, limbs will all together be toned!

For new pilates students, we highly recommend three introductory private sessions to give you a foundation in pilates.

Circuit Training  Challenging Class! 3–4 people alternate the exercises on the Mat, Reformer, Stability Chair, Ladder Barrel, Pilates Arc, Swiss Ball, Foam Roller and other smaller props. This class is best suited for those who feel very comfortable with Essential level exercises, and would like to add challenge to their workout. To participate, clients must have taken three introductory private or semi-private and 10 group sessions.
